Facial was lovely and then therapists swapped over for head massage. Clearly she didn't know what treatment I was having as spent full time on shoulders and back, don't get me wrong was v good. So I said to her what about the Indian head massage?. She didn't realise but did then spend ten mins on a head massage but I'm sure it wasn't what I was supposed to have and there was no steam!! I did come out with a very oily head, I've had them before but don't remember being that oily.
It is bit noisy, can hear everything going on in salon, however,they were friendly and I will give them another try.

Was happy with my eyebrows but the waxing was awful! Had loads of waxing done before and this was by far the most painful - the quality of the wax they use is bad and it resulted in a painful experience as the lady had to keep picking at it to try to get it off. They also charge extra for things that most other salons consider part of a Brazilian wax. Unprofessional atmosphere too as I was kept waiting for my appointment and there was confusion around my booking, and was kept waiting after my appointment as the salon had to phone someone externally because there was confusion around my treatwell payment confirmation email. Wholly unpleasant experience
