Therapist was quite nice, but the wax was unsatisfactory. She used too much wax and too little applications. I had paid for a Brazilian and when I left the receptionist made a big deal in front of all of the other customers saying that I got more than a Brazilian (even though she wasn't in the room and couldn't have known, plus I am a regular waxer and know what a Brazilian entails). Very rude staff! Will not be returning
I was seen promptly as I walked in and wanted a shellac soak off and repaint.
At £35??? I felt that this was already an expensive treatment. Bearing in mind that many nail bars on the high street offer this for at least £10 less.
The water was cold to soak my nails in and the treatment disruptive owing to therapists changing and many questions been asked by other colleagues and team members, and even clients. The therapist were friendly and efficient.
I felt that charging a further 30p for the card transaction was truly taking the mickey. I understand that if the card transactions is of a low value it may not be viable however an additional charge at £35... really.
Sadly I wont be returning as the treatment was not worth the additional spend.
