My wife had a disappointing experience here. She booked a 50-minute Swedish and Thai deep tissue massage, but it did not feel like a full-body treatment. Her hands and feet were not included, there was no stretching, and the therapist focused repeatedly on the same areas. The room was cold, the music was too loud, and she felt uncomfortable throughout. We also received no response to multiple emails and phone calls afterwards. This was a terrible experience for my wife.
