Not great - the products didn’t smell great (like they were out of date) and then the cloth used to wipe the product off my face smelt like it hadn’t ever been washed.

Vanita was very friendly and caring. I was seen immediately. I never enjoy having a waxing and took a paracetamol beforehand which I think helps with the pain. I was pleased that the room was a warm temperature as I feel the cold.
