No 1 showed up, no call or message with an update. I came at 8.50am, appt was at 9am, waited until past 9.15am. If I started treatment I would have been late for work. Salon was closed, lights off and nobody there. The wax would have taken time to warm up. Very disappointed

Poor massage and too much noise.

Worst hot stone massage. The masseuse was lovely but the room was verycold, very messy and cluttered and too small for a treatment room. I felt cold and heard all the noise from outside the room. The bed itself was so creaky that it made a noise constantly so I wasn'table to relax.the hot stones were either too hot or cold. The masseuse was inexperienced and didn't really massage thebody justrubbed the hot stones in. Very sad for this experience as I really needed a massage!
