I had terrible reaction to the products used on my face, not sure what they were but I beleive from Dermalogica range...total absence of communication and explanation on what they are doing/using...the girl was lovely but doesn't know how to do extractions...my advice pay more somewhere else in trusted venue to get your facial...

The staff are very friendly but unfortunately they were over booked and under staffed. They rushed the treatment and didn’t do the massage portion as started on the website. I was then also left for ages with the dryer on as they forgot about me due to other customers. I was then told I needed to pay £5 more even though that was not told to me at any point during the treatment.
