Not a very professional experience. Took an hour and a half for a gel removal and polish, as they had overbooked so much so kept switching between clients. The take off process was fine, a little painful but it worked. But then the paint job was super clumsy, with my nails cut so short they couldn’t be shaped. The paint was then uneven. Not very happy with it this as it cost £40. Won’t be returning.
