Cancelled 5 hours before appointment… machine not working. Left me in the lurch. Recommended another salon but they did not offer that service!

Horrendous experience, got to my appointment only to find out that it’s been cancelled. Was promised a refund but it’s been almost two weeks and no money has come through. Now I’ve been told by another person from Smart Look Beauty they don’t do refunds, sounds like this company is a bit of a circus!
