very peaceful and quiet, especially at 0930. the two members of staff that were there were friendly
however, i was in a rush, en route to a friend's funeral, and had to wait for about 10 minutes as someone else was being dealt with so i could have done without that.
that's my only complaint though. it happens, so it wouldn't put me off going back, but i just could have done without it that particular day.
