I was seen promptly as I walked in and wanted a shellac soak off and repaint.
At £35??? I felt that this was already an expensive treatment. Bearing in mind that many nail bars on the high street offer this for at least £10 less.
The water was cold to soak my nails in and the treatment disruptive owing to therapists changing and many questions been asked by other colleagues and team members, and even clients. The therapist were friendly and efficient.
I felt that charging a further 30p for the card transaction was truly taking the mickey. I understand that if the card transactions is of a low value it may not be viable however an additional charge at £35... really.
Sadly I wont be returning as the treatment was not worth the additional spend.
Disgusting service - tried to charge double listed price on arrival - clearly hadn't checked booking and were unprepared for appointment. Could have let me know prior to arrival or honour the booking. Not professional and didn't apologise - not a way to treat potential customers
I have done my manicure for the first time with them yesterday. The place I normally go is really good and the charge only £12 for manicure, but I decided to give them a try even that they were charging £16, and I have to say it was waist of time and MONEY. The guy who did my manicure was really slow and took nearly 75 minutes for a manicure!!
He didn't clean under my nails and he cut my skin which caused bleeding. The foiling was rubbish and the worst was when the nail polish came of the same day (in 2 hours)!!
I wish I could go back to them and take my money back but I am going on holiday today and don't have the time to do so.
I would never ever go any where near this place!!
