The lady who was making massage was really nice. The massage was relaxing, though I wanted something stronger. Should choose deep tissue next time

Had to wait 10min despite turning up on time. Staff had to call her repeatedly. Sum1 who'd booked for the same time showed up 5min after me but bcos she was rude & entitled got dealt with 1st whilst I was completely overlooked. Staff did nothing to ease the situation AT ALL. Maybe par for the course there & theyre used to it...
Also didnt like having to sit just 2ft away from sum1 having a pedicure, so being practically forced to watch her having her toenails clipped.
So, no, I won't be back.
