Not your normal hair salon. when I arrived the lady wasn't there But they called her in within 20 mins. at face value this is a nail salon but the staff are all incredibly friendly. Where I was sat was close to where the staff keep their food and drink under the stairs, so ambience could have been better. I wasn't sure of how the treatment works so didn't know what to expect. But overall Shalini was kind, explained well and treatment has worked incredibly! All I could ask for really
