The staff were really friendly and the hygienist spent a long time talking to me about my dental hygiene and what was good and bad about it. She did a really thorough clean and I was more than happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.
The Smile Pod in a really handy location. Its clean and bright and the staff are very friendly. Being able to book appointments after work hours is really handy too. I will definitely go back again for my dental appointments.
Great value and very convienient, they squeezed me in for a lunchtime appointment on the same day i called, the therapist was lovely as was the receptionist, overall a pleasent painfree experience, highly recommend
My appointment was cancelled twice, both times on the morning of the appointment. The girl who booked me in said I would get upgraded to a polish treatment to apologise for the cancellations, but when I turned up they knew nothing about it so I didn't receive it. I was kept waiting 40 mins for my appointment - they kept saying it would start in another minute, but if they had told me at the beginning they were running that far behind, I would have rescheduled. The clinic didn't give me much confidence of professionalism or cleanliness. I definitely wasn't smiling when I left.
The receptionist team where not so helpful with the directions, but the dentist herself was great.
A good place to go for city workers, who find it difficult to go to a local one, however without the deal i suspect it might be more pricey than a local one.
