Very quick, efficient treatment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I liked the way the person who treated me showed me what a specific treatment was going to feel like before starting.

What a dissapointment! I just had a diamond polish and it was total waste of money! The treatments took 30 minutes (the same as for normal dental hygiene appointment elsewhere) - I was told that the difference between this and normal dental hygiene is wast and that the appointment will take one hour (plus time needed for orthodoncist appointmen). The result is below average in comparison with treatments I had with their competition here at Canary Wharf. Tools that were used seem outdated. Around 4 times during my appointment somebody entered/exited the room (the chair is positioned so that you can see people outside). Will not be returning.
I had the Diamond Polish and although the appointment said it would be 40 minutes, it was slightly shorter than this - Around 30 minutes in total. However, very impressed with the results and my teeth feel so clean. I use Smilepod between Dentist visits when I can, to insure my teeth are always clean :)
Staff was friendly and helpful. The treatment was done professionally, however at the end of it I noticed some of the stains on my front teeth had completely missed the dentists scaler. I would suggest ensure u are happy with whats been done before u leave the premises.
