I have been visiting Smilepod Canary Wharf now for some time (every two months actually as a smoker and drink black tea) and each time I go always rebook. However this time made the mistake of having the last appt of the evening and even without having my treatment payment is demanded.due to being the last appt .. I wasn't even asked if I wanted to rebook. My treatment no way reflected the £85 fee I was charged .... the dentist had trouble with the instruments used and in no way did the polish expected so ended up at the end saying my teeth don't feel clean. She did offer for me to come back but by then so upset left. Smilepod have since phoned but I missed the call no message was left for a Manager to call back to and passing by on a daily basis I only see the same receptionist so refuse to deal with her. Am sick of being asked if I want whitening and do I use an electric brush - surely these answers should be on my profile.
The dentist was really excellent at her work, exceptionaal service and care, would definitely re-visit and recommend to anyone that wants or needs a dental service that is second to none.
I went to Smilepod Canary Wharf for a gum check, teeth clean and polish. The clinic is small but clean and the staff efficient. I was given a short questionnaire to complete, after which I was immediately taken in. Dr Walker, my hygienist, was pleasant and professional, asked relevant questions as well as listened and addressed my questions well. She took time to carefully check the health of my gums and was thorough and efficient in cleaning and polishing. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this clinic.
Pleasant staff, basic clean and polish service - met expectations but wouldnt pay more than the discounted price for the service. Would only go back if the discount was offered again/
I had the half hour cleaning voucher. I've been to Smilepod at both Covent Garden and Canary Wharf before and in the past was very satisfied.
This time unfortunately I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes and then my treatment lasted for just 25 minutes. For the money and convenience it was fine but I would try to see a different person next time as the previous hygienist sessions had been better.
