The clean was a standard clean for 30 minutes without frills. The polish was quick and more care could have been taken. Also would have liked if the dental hygenist flossed my teeth afterwards as plaque that had been removed was now stuck in between my teeth.
I previously visited the Covent Garden venue but was glad to discover they had a new location in Canary Wharf. The venue is very tiny with a virtually non-existent waiting room but the facilities are perfectly adequate and the staff friendly and polite.
The hygiene session was pretty standard but if your teeth are in a good condition then you don't really notice much difference.
I will definitely return in the future.
The service , the staff and dentist were helpful and thorough . I would recommend this practice to anyone as they really explained to me everything and help me book my appointment immediately.
I went for the high gloss diamond polish, but to be honest am not sure it was any different than the classic clean. No difficulties getting an appointment and staff was pleasant. I had to wait for about 20 mins but apart from that, no complaints.
Having waited over 15 mins for a 30 minute lunchtime appointment, I started off unimpressed... However, when I finally did get to see the hygenist, she was professional, thorough and did a good job, providing the full 30-minutes treatment. The delay was a shame, because otherwise, I would have been very happy with the experience... Based on this, I would probably give them a second chance.
