I don’t know if there has been a change in culture since T&G days but it has definitely improved. The only reason that I used T&G was due to the online booking.
I did look at other hairdressers, but ending up booking (and paying - another positive point) online.
From the additional time time with the head massage (possibly a coincidence?) to the level of detail that Amy showed in cutting my hair, I will definitely be back and asking for Amy.
