Delighted with my haircut by Jessy. She listened to what I wanted & I got exactly what I wanted.
I'm often quite daunted & even put off going to busy salons, as I'm partially deaf & find it difficult to hear what is being said. Jessy was so understanding & even moved me to a slightly quieter area. She made sure I heard her & looked directly at me when speaking.
This is so important to people like myself & much appreciated. Will be back soon. Thank you Jessy.
