I hadn't been to Smith England since it was Toni and Guy. The staff were friendly and welcoming including my stylist Jessy. Jessy did a fantastic job on my hair.

Elaine was lovely, gave me exactly what i wanted, AND, when she said she would trim a little, she did just that, i didnt lose inches of my hair, shes very experienced, welcoming, pleasant to sit for and knows exactly what shes doing to get your hair done in a timely manner
