We arrived at the salon and it was super busy and the vibe was stress. There was nowhere to wait for the appointment so had to stand in a doorway for maybe 10mins. One member of staff was so rushed they tripped over. The seats for styling are really close together with little room.This would not be a venue in my experience to get a pampering. Haircut was very odd with short fringe and bushy sides,not like the photo shown to the hairdresser. Our experience was poor. Some members staff were lovely
