Lovely salon and people, but the hairdresser was distracted and didn't really give me the cut I wanted.
Unfortunately there was a problem with my booking as Treatwell's booking system and the salon's booking system were not synced, meaning that I turned up for three treatments to find I wasn't booked in for any. The salon says it does eyebrow waxing for £10 but in fact it doesn't - it only does threading, which is £7. I was refunded the difference but really disappointed I couldn't get the mani-pedi done that I'd booked and paid for because there wasn't time, and the woman in the salon wasn't very helpful. I was refunded in full for this but it was still a waste of my time as I could have gone somewhere else, and the woman in the salon didn't do a great job on my eyebrows either - I had to tidy them up myself afterwards.
