It is always a pleasant experience to visit Smooth Extensions, but yesterday was even better. Having turned up two days after I was expected (mix-up in the booking system), they welcomed me, did a very good job and all that in an efficient and professional fashion. A special thank to Brauno (let's hope I have spelled it properly!) I will be back soon.
DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON.
I was due to visit the salon for a gel manicure and pedicure, 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled they told me they had double booked my appointment (I was later advised they had known about this for days), an hour after my appointment I was taken downstairs for my treatment. In the end I only received a normal nail polish on my toes which was smudged by the time I got home because they hadn't allowed time for them to dry (I hadn't taken sandals after expected gel varnish) and there was not enough time to finish my manicure.
I contacted the salon to organise a refund and ended up being offered a voucher, a week later and I still have not received a voucher, again I contacted the salon and they advised that they would not be sending me any voucher or refund and I would have to file my complaint with Treatwell.
The staff at Smooth Extensions were rude and unprofessional. I would not return under and circumstances.
Hi - I got a haircut and blow dry and it was good but rushed.
