The staff was nice however the mani/pedi wasn't very good. The basement wasn't very nice and it was cold.

I booked rather late on a Friday night for a first thing Saturday appointment. Apart from a short wait when I got there, everything was fine. My beautician was called Mayara, and she was friendly, attentive and good - trying her best to minimise the pain. I was also offered a drink while I waited. I will definitely be booking here again.
