Nice salon. I was pleased with my blowdry but could probably improve on customer service side of things a little.

I am very happy to have done my Hollywood waxing at Smooth Extension. My beautician was excellent, for painful part the strips are not used so it makes the treatment almost pain free and she was able to chat with me to distract and make me feel comfortable! Overall, the place is clean and I recommend it.

This is a really lovely hairdresser to visit. The staff are very friendly. My colour was great and the haircut was good.

The lady who did my bikini wax was very nice however I did find it was a rather painful wax in comparison to others I've had.

Brian coloured and cut my hair. He was lovely and chatty, but not too chatty! He had a great new idea to make my hair colour brighter and more fun. The salon is very nice, but maybe a little cold, some more heating would be nice! I was brought coffee and was taken care of. Over all great.
