I liked my therapist Stephanie, she was quick and professional. The atmosphere in the salon though is very cold and both times ive been there the hair stylists that greeted me were unfriendly.

I arrived at the salon and they let me wait over 25 minutes to get me in, it was a hair salon with no nails station, so they let me just seat in the middle of the room where other people where getting their hair done. The lady who was doing my nails just used her legs as a support surface. She used the nail file so bad that she scratched all my fingers and the shellac gel wasn't even removed. Since she started very late and it took over 30 minutes and the shellac was still there, even though it was supposed to take 10 minutes, I had to leave because I was almost late for work. So I paid 7.50£ to get my fingers scratched and my nails ruined and the shellac is still there. Very unprofessional.
