The staff are friendly but she didn't use a pre wax cleanser or really talk me through anything. She did try very hard to get all the hair but I left with a lot of hairs and bits of wax still there. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate but she was sweet and tried to help me relax. When I said the wax was too hot, she didn't really do anything to help, just said I was sensitive. It was less painful than I expected but the result was slightly disappointing.

Treatment was rushed and a bit chaotic. Didn't have time to do one of my treatments and then wanted to charge me for it.

Talia was a delight and did a great blow dry. She did a marvellous head massage and was a delight. Happy and fun. The manicure was also good. I will return. Not so sure about the location to do the nails (outside loos downstairs).
