This is one of those cases of when the cover doesn't represent the book. I got a Brazilian Blow Dry at Smooth Extensions and I absolutely love the work they've done (so far - because I haven't washed my hair yet!). My hair feels silky and the lady who straightened it did a very good job and it did look like she knows what she's doing and likes what she's doing. All of the women were working as a team and they were all very friendly and nice. It's worth mentioning that they're all Brazilians and come on - it's called a Brazilian Blow Dry. However, the actual salon was horrible. It doesn't look at all like in the pictures. It's outdated and needs a refurbishment ASAP. The towels were so old and stained that I wouldn't even use them to clean the floor. And overall it didn't look very please to be there. All I wanted was for it to be over. So if you don't really care about cleanliness or having a good salon experience, but you want a good treatment, I'd recommend this place. Or you could shop around to make sure you get both.

I wasn't happy with the quality of the cut. I had a shoulder length bob cut and I've noticed it isn't very even and the front bits are too short. Nice staff and good value but I wouldn't get my haircut there again
