Had to wait 25min for my treatment even though booked as soon as the salon opened and I was the first person of the day. Luckily the waxing job was very well done.
It was really disappointing. The first time I went was for a cut and blow dry, the blow dry was amazing it looked fresh and full of volume and looked really natural, So I went again before a wedding to get my hair done, and took a photo from the last time. I don't like the look you get in many places curls at the ends and tonnes of hairspray, that is not me. First, they didn't ask me how I wanted my hair, I was really surprise so I proactively share a photo, well they were going to give me a Brazilian blow dry!! after clarifying the misunderstanding I let them know what I wanted and still I finished with the typical blow dry with tonnes of hairspray and curls at the end.. so after paying for it I had to go home and wash my hair again and style it myself!!!
