I started with SMSM therapy a few months ago as I can no longer see the physio in central London. Awesome service and great combination of deep tissue ‘hands on’ with physio advice on corrective exercises. Has made a big difference. One of the best I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a few physios in my time. 10/10. Thank you!!
