The therapist seemed quite distracted throughout the whole massage - and it wasn't particularly deep, despite it being a deep tissue massage. It also ended after 45 minutes rather than an hour.

it was explained that I should set a gaol that I wished to reach Also a program was set to achieve my gaol My first session I received was good and I felt afterwards that some success had already started
