Best massage I have ever had in my life and I have been to over 30 massage therapists due to severe back pain since adolescence. John carried out an in depth assessment and spotted the areas of pain that I had yet to mention. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the back and also very welcoming and friendly. I cannot rate John highly enough! At the end of the spinal manipulation I was actually crying tears of joy as I hadn't felt such relief from the pain in ever ten years. So so grateful.
Osteopathy
After weeks of suffering I was able to move better and in a lots less pain even after the initial consultation. The second appointment left me in no doubt that I’d made the right choice. After a massage I was shown how to do several exercises to improve my areas of weakness. Explained, demonstrated and then corrected before proceeding. Would highly recommend.

Deep Tissue Massage
I went to SMSM for deep tissue massage due to having a lot of tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders and back - plus cramping in my calf muscles. Kyrone was excellent and after 60 minutes I left there feeling very relaxed and pain free. I had another treatment the following week which was equally good and I now hope to keep my muscles more relaxed by doing the stretches he recommended to me - and I plan to go for more treatment when I need it / on a monthly basis.
