My massage therapist was welcoming, understanding and knowledgable. He used deep tissue massage and spine manipulation to help with my lower back pain, which was causing me a lot of agony and it was restricting my movement. After the session my back and body felt lighter, looser even and relieved. I was amazed at the change in my posture too. I could already feel how much it had helped so I arranged another apt to continue with treatment and in the meantime, I was given gentle exercises to do at home. I highly recommend SMSM therapy to anyone! Thank you so much for the treatment and for helping me to feel better.

Staff are very nice and welcoming , they provide advice and help and listen to any concern you may have . I have a few back problem and my treatment gets based on what my current condition is and how I have reacted since the last session . I cannot fault Smsm therapy and would recommend
