Very difficult to rate. Third time of going. First time was great so I went again. Second massage was interrupted more than 4 times, although therapist only responded 4 times, but on one occasion was absent from the room for well over 5 minutes. It was obvious the therapist was stressed as I was by the constant interruptions. It was overall a very unsatisfactory experience and not enjoyable. He booked me in for another massage himself (not via treatwell) to which he added 15 minutes to "make up" for the interruptions. Unbelievably we were interrupted again in the middle of the massage albeit just once. Again that was quite stressful and interrupted the flow of the massage. The room was noisy as it faced onto the high street but I probably wouldn't have noticed so much but was feeling stressed. Good massage, even probably very good, but I don't think I will go again.
