I went to SMSM for deep tissue massage due to having a lot of tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders and back - plus cramping in my calf muscles. Kyrone was excellent and after 60 minutes I left there feeling very relaxed and pain free. I had another treatment the following week which was equally good and I now hope to keep my muscles more relaxed by doing the stretches he recommended to me - and I plan to go for more treatment when I need it / on a monthly basis.
