I had a deep tissue massage which was anything but deep. I have regular massages and like to think i know if it’s good or not, for one the guy did not stop talking so to start with not very relaxing, two the guy did not use his hands he used a plastic gadget which dose not do the same job as hands. I get the same benefits from my 5 year old walking on my back. I wouldn’t waste your time or money
