I had a deep tissue massage with Dharam as I was having bad upper back pain due to scoliosis. I've been to osteopaths/chiropractors before with no luck, but Dharam was able to crack my spine and neck in about 10 places! I was worried it would be like a spa massage but far from it!!! I was definitely feeling it the next day!! I felt instant relief after the massage and have decided to have one monthly. Dharam has amazing skills and I'd recommend him to anyone suffering from tight muscles or back/neck pain.

I had a lumbar spinal manipulation for paraspinal muscle pain and pelvic instability. Dharam was very professional and did a great job in alleviating my symptoms. He explained everything as we went along and even did a gait analysis for me and diagnosed a pelvic tilt and even taught me exercises to correct it! Would definitely recommend him to anyone with back or pelvic issues!

My visit to SMSM was perfect. Dharam greeted me on time and we had a small discussion on my issues. Dharam checked my posture and assessed my shoulder pain. The massage was very deep (given upon my request) and left my body feeling free again. I was given an exercise at the end which has been helping a lot. Definitely recommend!
