I visited Dharam at SMSM as I was having severe lower back cramps for over 3 years. I was very amazed with the amount of knowledge and advice Dharam provided where he'd also effectively diagnosed and treatment my symptoms using both sports massage and spinal manipulation. Dharam also used sports taping on my back which has really helped. Id recommend SMSM to anyone suffering from pain or even to get a check up. I will definitely be back soon.

I visited SMSM for sports massage on recommendation of a colleague. I have to say it was the best decision I made! The clinic space was well setup, promoted a relaxed environment and was very professional.
Dharam, my therapist, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does. He took his time to ask me what the problems were and in addition to massage offered me some advice and exercises to do at home to help with my spinal issues. He's brilliant!

Had a one hour sports massage with Dharam. Very deep tissue massage, but he focused on the areas I identified as being tight from running and was able to give me an exercise to do at home to strengthen my posture.
