I was recommended to visit SMSM Therapy by my partner who was worried about my regular neck complaints. She decided to book me a deep-tissue massage and spinal manipulation treatment. Dharam was helpful on the phone and recommended to have a consultation before. Treatment started with 30 minutes massage around my neck and shoulders which were very tight. Spinal treatment helped to increase my range of motion and ease the sharp pain. I've decided to take a Gold Package with Dharam as I hope to improve my neck posture and maintain my wellness.
For many year I've had issues with my lower back spine. I have visit many specialists in the past but no one as thorough as Dharam Vyas. I had a consultation with Dharam which lasted 35-45 minutes which including poster analysis with posture pictures, range of motion examinations and neurological tests as I was having sharp pain through my legs. Dharam explained my diagnosis very clearly which made me feel better about knowing more about my issues. He then described what we will do to treat this pathology. We began with spinal treatment and finished with some corrective exercises. I felt better instantly, I'd definitely recommend SMSM Therapy to anyone suffering from back problems. Go and see Dharam.
I had a deep tissue massage with Dharam as I was having bad upper back pain due to scoliosis. I've been to osteopaths/chiropractors before with no luck, but Dharam was able to crack my spine and neck in about 10 places! I was worried it would be like a spa massage but far from it!!! I was definitely feeling it the next day!! I felt instant relief after the massage and have decided to have one monthly. Dharam has amazing skills and I'd recommend him to anyone suffering from tight muscles or back/neck pain.
