Waste of time. No one opened the door when I arrived for my pre-booked appointment (which had already been rescheduled by them without any notice or confirmation if it was okay). They didn’t answer the phone when I called to say I was waiting at the entrance, nor did they call back or leave any note on the booking. Really disrespectful and disappointing.
