Serena was great, warm welcome, brief background. My shoulders and back were full of tension. Serena gave an all body massage asking if the tension was how I liked it, giving extra attention to my tense areas. Came away feeling great. She gave great advice too. Highly recommended.

I had a great session with Serena, I had a really bad neck and back injury, it was locked and I couldn't move it at all. After a massage she had completely unlocked and loosened it. I could move my neck with ease and the pain felt so much better, it instantly went away. She is one of the best massage therapist I have been to in London that actually manages to relieve tension and also work on injuries that have caused pain in the past. I have recommended Serena to everyone I know because she gives you her time and great value for money, she cares about you and what you would like to gain from the session.
