This was my firs visit in the salon and I generally had a good experience, but unfortunately the haircut was not the best. On the good side he place is really nice and staff is very friendly. On the bad side the hairdresser despite being a very lovely lady did a very mediocre job. She didn't have a look at my hair before washing and didn't ask enough questions about my hair type and what I want exactly. The haircut was messy because she never fully brushed my hair or parted it properly. Technically the lady did the haircut I asked for but in practice it didn't look good. I have thick, heavy, straight hair and I'm naturally blond which makes any croocked or wrong cut very visible. My head was fool of mistakes especially around my face as the back looked quite decent. I fixed all of this myself at home as it's not that complicated. It's safe to say that I will not come back there for another haircut, but I'm keen to try their beauty and waxing services as I generally think it's a good salon. Sorry for a low rating, I'm just used to better haircut standards.

My daughter had her hair cut here this morning. The stylist was really friendly as was the lady on reception. The haircut was lovely and the stylist even did a half hair up style for her at the end. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. Thank you!
