My hairdresser was polite and made conversation but had to stop 4 times to deal with other customers phoning or popping in as the salon owner had disappeared in the back. She did not ask me what I wanted before washing my hair so had no understanding of the texture and natural fall of my hair. I had intended to have a restyle but settled for a basic trim.

The most painless and quickest wax I have ever received! This was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be returning! As I have very thick hair, I was so surprised that it took under 15 minutes for a Hollywood when in other salons it usually takes 30! Excellent smooth results too and for once I’m not dreading the next time I get waxed!
