Great experience. Friendly, very professional and very helpful as I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, Steph had the patience to listen carefully and also give me advice. Now I have great haircut.

I loved the fact I was very well welcomed, the best part of my treatment was my hair wash..
The curly blow dry I felt wasn't handled very well... The hairdresser was new and wasn't confident on my hair... I have lots of hair. She decided to do my curly blow dry with straighteners.
I also kept on being told next time to book straight with them, which I didn't like as I book through how I want.
I won't be going back.
