Unfortunately not the best of experiences. Chloe cut my hair not fit for my hair type. After experiencing my concern, Chloe repeatedly insisted on arguing with me, even though I asked her to just leave my hair. She did not ask me how I use or style my hair, spoke and cut my hair as if my ‘heavy’ hair was what was being cut to be smooth. My ‘heavy’ is my pride and joy. Chloe, cut my hair suitable to one type. My fringe is ‘smoothed’ with unwanted thinning, meaning now I have flyaway hair.
