The result was great but it was quite uncomfortable during the treatment as I was sat in a chair and my neck was in pain - in other salons i’d usually lay down. But maybe they don’t always do the treatment in chair and I just got unlucky. Other than that, everything was good
Pros:
Friendly staff, easy location, nice facilities
Cons:
Unfortunately, the therapist seemed nervous. End result was very asymmetrical, and therapist only did half the job. I followed up afterward via email after checking I hadn’t made a mistake on the booking, and there was no response from the salon.
