Unfortunately I had to agree with some of the reviewers here that the wax doesn’t seems to heat up and mixed evenly. I had a few patches where it was boiling hot that I had to ask the therapist turn the heat down. She then picked up another pot but it still had the same issue! Furthermore my therapist seems new and her technique was just not great. I was left with broken tiny hairs.
