I arrived on time for my treatment, but was made to wait 10 minutes before a therapist came in to see me. Whilst they staff were nice in the interactions I had with them, because it was all running late I ended up having to leave before getting my treatment so I wouldn't be late for my evening appointment. Will try and rebook as the reviews on the quality of the treatments was very good, which is what made me choose Cucumba in the first place.
Manicure was great. Only two little things to comment: lasted much twice longer than promised 25 minutes (a bit tight for lunch break) and wasn't sure if they sterilize nail clippers and other pieces of manicure equipment. nail clippers didn't look sparkling clean and my therapist only wiped they with cotton pad before using...
I had such a great threading experience with Judy! She was fast, clean, and did a great job with my brows. I will definitely return.
Very nice salon and great service from all the girls. Dead skin busting was spot on, massage was nice but could've lasted longer, and was a bit sad not to get any polish. But this is stated in the description :) Would definitely recommend for ambience.

The salon was nice and clean and staff were very professional. My therapist did a great job with my facial, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Will def go back!
