Arrived 10 minutes early, filled in forms and relaxed for treatment. However, my treatment began almost 20 mins later than my appointed time. The machinery broke down twice during my facial treatment. My experience was not a relaxing or enjoyable one. However, my therapist was fully competent and friendly, providing some useful information to take with me. The ambience was not relaxing as you could hear people moving about. For the price even at a discounted rate, the experience was not worth it on the day.
Had the strip last treatment and very good value.
I am definitely going back to this great find in central London.

The actual facial was great and the lady was lovely, but as the beds are partitioned by curtains you can hear everyone else. When I was there there happened to be two girls doing their nails and talking very loudly throughout - not their fault but maybe not the best arrangement as it quite hard to properly relax when hearing other people's life stories. It may not be like this every time though.
