The beautician knew about the products but I felt it was all a bit rushed and that my face was cleaned but impurities not removed
this was my first time visiting Cucumba - I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and my foot scrub and massage were absolutely lovely - my feet felt so so soft afterwards - it was great value for money. Unfortunately the salon was lacking in ambiance and was very crowded - I would guess that the reason for this is because they have a drop-in policy but I found, as my treatment took place only a couple of yards from the front door/reception, that this was very distracting.
The staff were extremely welcoming especially when they realised it was my first visit. Everything was clearly explained to me. My therapist asked me for my preferences for the facial - more time on massage or extraction- which I liked. The place looked clean and professional. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
Cucumba definitely wasn't the cleanest or nicest place to go but the wax was fantastic. The girl was nice, professional, quick, and did a great job. I would definitely go back.
Good value for money, nice location you get what you pay for. Wine is cheap but service is cheerful :)
