Great spa - downstairs is cosy and feels a million miles away from the busy street above. Friendly staff, great head massage and facial, excellent value for money in Central London.
Very nice facial - Did a great job was so relaxing I think I fell asleep a couple of times for a few microseconds - but it was probably longer. Would reccomend - the only downer - the facial was behind a curtain and not a private room this meant I had to listen to a fitness fanatic drone on behind the next curtain about how much weight he could lift and how great his fitness was. Other than this - the Therapist was very professional and skilled. Thank you.
Salon is a little chaotic but I guess that is the whole concept. The dry-skin busting pedicure was a little disappointing. Not a whole lot of dry skin was removed and there are better methods of doing so. But the therapist was friendly.
Not as good as it used to be, the guy at the reception is merely olite.Manicure ok, nice result but therapist not as soft as the previous ones.But it is stil la nice spot to go for lunchbreak and quick sevice.
First time here. The staff were lovely but the treatment was not as good as I am used to. Would go again though.
