Overall a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly. The treatments do not take place in separate rooms (separated by curtains) which was not something that I was used too and I found that a little strange and hard to relax at first. I would go back if the same offer was available however, I don't think I would have paid the full price.
I had a hard skin busting pedicure and although it was a little ticklish, my feet did feel amazingly smooth afterwards. The staff and therapist were very friendly, and the price was a great deal!
Visited on a lunchtime and the venue was surprisingly quiet - this was nice! I sat quite comfortably whilst the therapist treated and painted my nails a gorgeous deep plum colour. A week later and its still in pretty good condition. Will definitely be returning!
Stil happy with the quick service, but I prefered my previous therapist.Yesterday it was quick but with less attention,I know it is a simple manicure but i had like white stains around my nails due to the antiseptic spray she put on my hands, plus I still had lots of cuticles. But th result of the nail polish was shiny and nice.
I was really disspointed with my facial , i was left waiting for a while and didnt feel like i got the full 30 minutes, It was very very basic with clense, tone and mask. The mask took up most of the time and the therapist left the room while it was on so essentially i paid quite a lot of money to lay in a room on my own with two cotton pads over my eyes . I would expect a hand massage at the very least while this was on. There was no face massage either , literally just the very basics that i could do at home!!. I was also moved into the SMALLEST area ever , there wasnt even space to put my clothes and beacuse they dont have rooms just curtains dividing the space it felt like i was surrounded by people. All in all not the pampering experince i desired :(
